Blackwall Reach

Working on behalf of Merit and with Eon as the end user the Blackwall Reach project was a prestige commercial development in the city of London, Blackwall consisting of 3 high rise private and council blocks of properties.
I was tasked to deliver the full design, build and commissioning working alongside Merit's engineering and procurement teams. The project consisted of supplying a plant room to deliver water to the properties.

Harrods

Delivering the project for a prestige end user the Harrods transformer upgrade project involved the supply of a new transformer package to replace Harrods then current old transformer.
The project consisted of all project management including supply of materials, transformers, cable, room build and labour needed to ensure a successful project. The Harrods transformer upgrade was particularly challenging due to switching over the equipment whilst maintaining zero downtime and with only a two hour window.

Rolls Royce

Acting as the principal contractor, working on behalf of Merit and supplying to the end user Rolls Royce. Working with Merits commercial, design and procurement team I was tasked to supply project management services to deliver an M&E project including HVAC, partitions and specialist flooring to Rolls Royce to double their manufacturing output. The project was delivered in a live environment.

Rolls Royce TSTL

Working with a pre fabricated building that had previously been stripped to an empty shell the Rolls Royce TSTL project was a complicated time constrained project. Working as the principal contractor managing the full project lifecycle, design, procurement, site set-up, installation, commercial, planning and commissioning, I delivered the project along side Merits design, procurement and labour teams.
Rolls Royce TSTL was a complex delivery package consisting of Civils internal and external, steel fixing, M&E, off site fabrication, HVAC, supply and extract ducting, gas detection, sprinklers, gasses, lighting, compressed air and effluent treatment.

Viridor waste management

Working under the principal contractor and supplying all resource to complete the electrical and C&I installation. Working under Merit, with Interserve and the end user being Viridor.
I had the task of managing the site teams in line with Interserves policies to co ordinate the works with over 100 operatives on site installing DB's, pulling cables, glanding & terminating, testing and installing the necessary instruments.

SGS Vitrology

Acting as the principal contractor and supplying a clean room project with full design and build responsibility for a viral testing facility. Working under Merit and with the end user SGS Vitrology.
I managed the full site install alongside Merit construction managers. With a high emphasis on quality the install included civils, walls, partitions, ceilings, flooring, HVAC and M&E.

UK BIC

Working under Merit, in conjunction with a large M&E contractor to design and build, off site fabricate, install and commission multiple clean and dry rooms to enable client machines to operate in.
Working in a newly built bare battery manufacturing facility and working alongside the Principal contractor, the scope included to fully design and build, install sealed partitions, HVAC, M&E and de-humidifiers to enable a -50 dew point and temperature control.
